1. All details are securely encrypted. Softology never sees your credit card number. Click the DirectOne logo at the bottom of this page for further information.

2. Prices specified are in Australian Dollars. The amount is automatically converted to your local currency during the purchase process.

3. Consult a currency conversion tool before committing to payment if you are unsure of the current exchange rates.

4. Enter your personal details and click the Submit button. No personal information is shared with anyone under any circumstances.

5. You will be emailed a registration code within 48 hours. The email process is not automated (saves you money) so you will not recieve the registration code immediately after purchase. Sorry.

Please read these helpful tips before clicking the Submit button

1. If you notice the Order Total field above is blank (after changing one of the Quantity fields), clicking within the Order Total field will update the total value correctly.

2. If you are ordering an upgrade to Visions Of Chaos, ensure you ONLY select the upgrade. Selecting the full version and upgrade causes you to be charged the full price as well as the upgrade. When upgrading you only need to pay the upgrade price.

3. Check your email address a second time. Check it a third time. If it is incorrect I am unable to send you your download/registration instructions.

4. Please use a valid personal email address. Using hotmail or other free email services has caused problems in the past.

5. Check your selections one final time. Refunding an incorrect purchase is very tedious and time consuming. In some cases you need to provide me with your credit card number for me to refund the purchase. I would rather not have to request this information, so please double-check your selections.

6. When you click the Submit button you will be taken to a secure page that you enter your credit card details. Once you click the Authorise Payment button on the next page, please be patient. It can take up to 2 minutes for the order to be processed. Clicking the Authorise Payment button twice will result in you being charged double for the software.

7. If you notice an error message appear after you click the Authorise Payment button, do NOT assume the order failed and try to re-order. Wait at least 10 minutes and check the email address you supplied to see if the payment went through. Not all error messages that popup mean the order process failed. If the order was successful you will receive an email confirming the purchase.
